These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the Sandali Corcione online store.
Customers are invited to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read the information relating to the products purchased, prices, payment and delivery methods and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal.
For Customers acting as consumers, distance sales are governed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as subsequently amended, as well as by the applicable legislation on e-commerce, including Italian Legislative Decree No. 70/2003.

Products
Sandali Corcione sells handcrafted footwear and other products available in its online catalogue.
All Sandali Corcione sandals are handcrafted and made to order based on the individual specifications selected or communicated by the Customer. Each pair of sandals is therefore specifically made following the order according to the characteristics requested by the Customer.
For sandals which, due to the individual specifications requested, qualify as goods made to measure or clearly personalized, the exclusion from the right of withdrawal provided for by Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) applies, as further specified on the Right of Withdrawal, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges page.
For standard shoes that are not made to measure or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal remains applicable in the cases and according to the procedures provided for by applicable law and the relevant page of the website.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the production process, slight differences may occur between individual products. Minor variations inherent in handcrafted production that do not affect the product’s conformity with the characteristics ordered do not, in themselves, constitute a defect.
Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Before completing the purchase, the Customer will be informed of the total price of the order and any additional applicable costs, including shipping charges.
Methods of Payment
Purchases made through the website may be paid for using the payment methods available during the checkout process.

PayPal
Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with Sandali Corcione but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or rejection by Sandali Corcione, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Sandali Corcione will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment. - Credit Card
Right of Withdrawal, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
The conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as information regarding returns, refunds, personalized products and any size exchanges, are set out on the Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds page, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Sandali Corcione undertakes to refund the Customer within 14 working days of receiving the goods (only in the event of a defective product), by crediting the Customer with an amount corresponding to the value of the goods shown on the invoice.
Shipping costs are not included in the above amount.
This is in accordance with Articles 49, 52 et seq. of the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Statutory Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
In the event of a non-conforming product, the Customer may exercise the remedies provided for under applicable law.
A defect or lack of conformity must not be confused with the right of withdrawal and is subject to the specific rules provided for by law.
The characteristics and reasonable variations inherent in handcrafted production remain unaffected, provided that the product substantially corresponds to what was purchased and to the agreed characteristics.
Customer's Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the purchasing process and, in particular, for selecting the correct size, model and any options or personalization requested.
Before confirming an order containing made-to-measure or clearly personalized products, the Customer is advised to carefully check all selected characteristics and specifications.
Privacy
The Customer's personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
Information and Complaints
